Description
For productions from 120 to 400 pigs per hour with only one machine. By placing two machines in tandem up to 800 pigs per hour can be achieved.
The u-bar epilator is an automatic machine used to remove hairs from the skin of pigs.
It is made of stainless steel. By means of two scraper shafts, driven by two gear motors and provided with rubbers scraper, which turn the carcasses in horizontal position, at the same time that they are transferred to the exit of the machine.
The tunnel dehairing is a safe and efficient machine that allows a high quality dehairing. A bottom sweeper collects and removes all the hair deposited during the dehairing process in the machine.
Hydraulically hinged side doors allow easy access to the machine for maintenance and cleaning.
