Thanks to a microbubble creation system, it achieves a great separation of fats and solids in suspension. It is sized to achieve a hydraulic residence time of the water that achieves the highest percentage of reduction.

Also in this equipment the heavier elements and sands are removed in its lower part by means of pneumatic valves or screws, depending on the model.

Prior to the separation equipment, the flocculation and coagulation chemicals are supplied in tanks, also made of stainless steel, with agitators of different speeds that will help their subsequent separation.
