Dehider V-80

The V-80 skinner can be easily integrated into all types of slaughterhouse lines (manual, mechanized, etc …).

It is made up of 2 columns in stainless steel. Monoframe that supports the 2 work platforms. The oscillating roller allows the hind legs to be skinned in the high position, this also ensures good skinning of the shoulders and head in the basic position. The stainless steel roller is fixed at the ends of the roller, allowing the skin to be wound up and automatically uncoupling it, since it rotates in both directions by a hydraulic motor. Hydraulic power station with a power of 20 Cv contribute to making more than enough good movements. 2 hydraulic jacks allow the ascent and descent of the chassis along the stainless steel columns. Hydraulic suspension system of the carcass ensures the blockage in the descent of the skinning, not supporting the effort of the track or the carts.

TETANIZER: Electric discharge system to allow better skinning and suppress spinal injuries. Avoid holding the animal’s hands to a third point. Progressive hydraulic control located on one of the platforms. Electrical cabinet with power separation.
