Description

Combined used as rotating box for ritual slaughter or traditional slaughter for cattle and horses.

Reinforced metal construction, guillotine type entrance door, side swinging door for evacuation and side door adjustable to the size of the carcass for a correct immobilization.

It performs the rotation movement leaving the carcass in the correct position for the slaughteing rite, holding the head completely thanks to a special device that leaves the neck free for the slaughterer’s intervention.

It is used for Hal-Al and Kosher slaughter.
