Automatic singeing furnace fitted with four pipes with burner pilots on which 40 nozzles and diffusers are installed.

All piping is made of DIN steel hot dip galvanized.  It is fitted with two heat-resistant stainless steel sheets at both sides intended for worker protection and for keeping the highest temperature inside.  It is fitted with an ignition photocell which provides ignition lag and controlled singeing time.
