Powered Scalding Basin

The dragging system consisted in a heavy-duty stainless steel drum fitted with 72 bars which lead the animal along the scalding basin. Scalding time can be adjusted.
Vertical Scalding Systems
This scalding system is specially intended to perform vertical scalding of pigs, i.e. pigs are hanging vertically.
The tunnel is made out of sandwich panels which are isolated to keep the suitable scalding temperature inside the system.
Lung contamination is reduced as pigs are never immersed in water.
Auto-Singeing Furnace CH300
Auto-singeing furnace with four low-pressure pipes and 52 nozzles. It is fitted with two fan units to improve the combustion mixture. The pipes bearing the nozzles are manufactured in dia. 140 and diffusers in dia.
Auto-Singeing Furnace CH120
Automatic singeing furnace fitted with four pipes with burner pilots on which 40 nozzles and diffusers are installed.
Drying Whipper
Drying machine with 3 whip-type cylinders and rubber beaters for drying pig carcasses before passing through the singeing furnace.
Made of UPN sections in hot-dip galvanised A-42 steel. Sheets in AISI-304. Easy to clean. Driven by 3 EMB motors. The system meets U.N.E. standards. Direct drive to all whip-type cylinders which are hold by shielded (ZZ) bearings.
Organs Handling Conveyor
Powered chain conveyor fitted with trays and hooks in stainless steel AISI-304 to provide an efficient and hygienic handling of white and red organs.
Organs are discharged to the offal rooms only after the carcass has successfully passed the veterinary inspection
All trays and hooks pass through a sterilizing unit before they are reused again.
U-bar Dehairing System
The U-bar dehairing system is intended for the dehairing of pigs after an optimal scalding.
Stainless steel heavy-duty construction. It is equipped with two scraper drums fitted with scraper paddles, which provide an optimal dehairing process while leading the pigs towards the outlet threshold.
Dehairing System D-240
Dehairing system model D-240 intended for the dehairing of pigs. It is fitted with a hydraulic appliance for providing automatic loading and unloading of pigs and a timer for time control.
Heavy-duty frame in hot dip galvanized A-42 steel. The dehairing is performed by two scraper drums with paddles which make the pigs spin to provide the best dehairing results.
Restrainer with Auto Stunning system
Restrainer for the transport of pigs from the driveway to the killing floor.
The stunning system is automatic.
