Description
Machine designed to skin the skin of lambs. It is made up of two chains arranged perpendicular to the ground that carry 4 self-locking clamps. A telescopic clamp immobilizes the front legs, the assembly is handled manually.
The construction of the parts in contact with the meat are made of stainless steel with a water spray washing device.
