Vertical scaling for spray shower
Scalding
Reference: TA SERIES
Description
The vertical scalding spray is a process that consists of spraying the whole animal homogeneously with hot water, in order to open the pores of the skin and thus obtain a correct peeling in the dehairing machine.
The system consists of an enclosed, well-insulated cabin; the animals arrive suspended on a mechanized overhead conveyor and, once inside, special sprinklers spray water at the appropriate temperature.
Hot water is kept in the tank and pumps distribute the water inside the scalding cabin.
The scalding tunnel is built with sandwich panels and lined on both sides with fine steel sheets to ensure good insulation, thus reducing energy consumption.
The double doors serve as an airlock at the entrance and exit.
Spray blanching is a safe and efficient process that provides high quality peeling.
It is a scalding method that reduces water and energy consumption, especially in high production lines.
