Description
Scalding tank built in stainless steel, internally and externally, with mineral wool insulation, chassis of hot galvanized profiles (self-supporting), also provided with water and steam inlet with diffusers.
The steam inlet can be equipped with a temperature regulator through a modulated electric valve with an adjustable thermostat. It consists of its corresponding drain.
The drag system consists of combs made of galvanized profiles, hot rolled A-42. Robust forks and retainers automatically transfer the animal during scalding, finally depositing it in the peeling-epilator machine. Variable in blanching time.
