Automatic squinadora

Process automation

Reference: EAD

Description

The new automatic skiving machine is specially designed for the automatic cutting of carcasses in slaughterhouses.

This machine offers the possibility of working continuously on the dressing line without stops or shortages, avoiding the usual stops to perform the skiving operation.

It is placed overhead next to the carcass in the corner area, thus isolating the main mechanical parts from possible exposure to contact with the carcasses, achieving unbeatable hygiene and cleanliness of the installation.

Its operation consists of a sub-set of guided and rigid blades to ensure the kinematic movements characteristic of pork carcass cutting.

The vertical displacement of these blades is guided between two vertical columns that stop at one meter from the ground, therefore the active width of the machine is limited to 500 mm.
