The horizontal peeling machine is used to remove hairs from the skin of pigs.

The machine is composed of a rotating central cylinder, equipped with scraper rubbers, which turns the animal several times in a horizontal position while performing a perfect dehairing.

The scraper rubbers, mounted on the shaft, are specially designed to remove hairs from the pigs’ skin without damaging the skin.

The pig peeling machine is a safe and efficient machine that allows to obtain a high quality peeling. The machine is protected, at the pig outlet, with food grade PVC to avoid water splashes. A continuous water jet keeps the machine internally clean and maintains the external temperature of the animal so as not to lose performance.

It is an essential tool in the process, efficient and safe, which allows to obtain a high quality peeling. In addition, it is designed to avoid unwanted breakage in important parts of the animal such as the hams.
