Final washing machine with 4 whip-type cylinders and rubber beaters.
Made of UPN sections in hot-dip galvanized A-42 steel. Sheets in AISI-304. Easy to clean. Driven by 4 EMB motors. Direct drive to all whip-type cylinders which are held by shielded ZZ bearings.
Final Treatment Whipper
Final treatment machine with 2 or 4 whip-type cylinders and rubbers beaters suitable for washing hard-to-reach areas such as shoulders and hams after the carcasses have passed through the singeing furnace.
The whip-type cylinders are installed in a horizontally inclined position for higher efficiency.
