Dehairing system model D-90 intended for the dehairing of pigs.  It is fitted with a pneumatic appliance for providing automatic loading and unloading of pigs.

Heavy-duty frame in hot dip galvanized A-42 steel.  The dehairing is performed by a scraper drum with paddles that make the pigs spin inside machine to provide the best dehairing results.

Scalding-dehairing system fully constructed in stainless steel.  The introduction and ejection of the pigs are performed by a simple ejection device.
When the animal is inside the machine, the cover lid closes so that water splashing can be avoided.  Electric operation by heating thermal oil, thus providing a reduction on electric consumption to a large extent.
